Hello, 

I looking for a solution to trigger a Function / Workflow Rule or anything else when an email appears in thew Shared Inbox.

The goal is to match the email with an Account and copy attachments in Account fields.

Do you have some ideas how to do it ?
I'm open to use tools like n8n if needed.
